Your Second Visit to Our Office

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

For your second vist at Marcotte Family Chiropractic plan to set aside 15 to 30 minutes.  After signing in with Melissa we invite you to make yourself at home, feel free to help yourself to some water or tea in the waiting room.

If Melissa has not already gone over your insurance and chiropractic coverage she will take a few minutes to discuss your benefits and what you can expect your cost to be at each visit.

During your time with the Doctor he will discuss with you how you are feeling.  If you were adjusted at you’re first appointment he will ask how you felt after your first adjustment and in the time following.  After which he will adjust any misalignments that he finds in your spine and go over any questions that you may have.

If you received X-Rays at your first appointment there will be time set aside to discuss your X-Ray findings and what your future care plan may look like.  Then you will have any misalignments that are found in your spine adjusted and will have time to go over any questions that you may have.

Dr. Mike Asks some important questions of interest to Gray residents - Chiropractor Gray Dr. Mike Asks...

Are chiropractors just concerned with the spine?
Our interest in the spine is because it covers the major communications conduit between your brain and your body. As a Gray chiropractor my job is to locate areas (usually along the spine) that interfere with proper nerve communications to and from your brain. Chiropractic adjustments help restore nervous system integrity. In this way, chiropractic care can affect the function of your entire body.
What's the difference between maintenance, prevention and wellness?
Maintenance chiropractic care is an attempt to keep a dynamic, ever-changing and adapting organism (you) in a static relationship with your environment. Preventive chiropractic care is mostly about early detection. Wellness chiropractic care is an attempt to optimize our health and be all that you were designed to be.
